REGISTRATION and PAYMENT OF FEES

Our reunion is for direct descendants of Louise Van Arnam and the Reverend Huie Kin.
Reunion Registration
If you haven't already, here is the Registration and Volunteer Form. Please fill out the form and return to Rachel Tsu, Registrar (r_tsu-at-hotmail-dot-com), as soon as you know your plans.
If you are unsure of your plans but want to continue to receive reunion information and to be in the Huie Family database, please send the form to Rachel via e-mail or post, after saving a copy of the form for yourself in case you decide to register or volunteer later.
Registration Fees
If you already registered, you paid Registration Fees earlier ($35/adult and $25/child under sixteen). The Registration Fees helped us make the hotel deposit.
Now we must collect General Reunion Fees. The General Reunion Fees will pay for program costs. We worked diligently to keep all fees as reasonable as possible, while organizing a memorable program. General Reunion Fees will cover: two group meals, some group transportation, meeting room rentals, dim sum snacks, and other expenses.
General Reunion Fees, due now, are $100/adult and $50/child.
Please note that these fees are in addition to the Registration Fees already collected. Please make your check payable to “Huie Kin Reunion.”
